COVID - 19 Office Procedure

We are here to support you during COVID-19.

Our office is currently open to the public by appointment only between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Please call us to schedule an appointment and we will be pleased to assist you. When entering our office, please maintain physical distance between yourself and our staff at all times and wear a face covering. Hand sanitizers will be provided for your convenience and safety.

We are also available to meet with you electronically by phone, email, Teams, or other video platform.

For physical documents, you can mail them to our office, drop them off at our office during office hours, or call us to arrange for another method. We will ensure safety and confidentiality of your information.
